A Return and Refund takes place when following requirements are met:
- Submit return form within 10 days after delivery
- Unused product in original packaging
- State reason for return

- Return packaging and postage fees are consumer's responsibility, except if a wrong or damaged item was received by the customer.
- Process of refund start when the product is returned to the merchant and refund will be issued within 10 business days in the same form of the purchase
